Since 1993, The parade will travel from Stilz to Haldeman Avenue and include floats of all shapes and sizes, an appearance by the Easter Bunny and tons of free candy. Pet Photos with the Easter Bunny, Pet Costume contest, antique cars, homemade family floats, bagpipers, dance teams, and more. The "Good Ears" awards will be presented to the most creative float and the most outrageous Easter bonnet. This is a FREE, family friendly event.

Dress up in your Easter finery and be a part of Columbia’s Victorian Easter Parade, a Victorian Era promenade on Main Street in Columbia State Historic Park on Easter Sunday. Prizes will be awarded for fanciest Victorian hat, and best dressed couple, lasses and lads, groups, and pets. Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. in front of the Fallon Hotel, and the parade gets underway at 12:30 p.m. Children will enjoy Columbia’s popular Easter Egg Hunts. The Small Fry Egg Search begins at 12:00 noon for ages 3 to 5. After the Easter Parade, the Junior Egg Poachers (ages 6 to 8) will try their luck at 1:00 p.m., and finally the Great Egg Scramblers (ages 9 to 12) at 1:30 p.m. Find the golden egg and receive a special prize! And be on the lookout for Thaddeus E. Hare (aka the Easter Bunny) walking around town, handing out fresh carrots to the kids.

KUIK Radio is once again presenting the Great Westside Easter Egg Hunt today on the Carnival Grounds. Grab the kids and head out! This event will feature lots of candy and tons of great prizes for kids, plus a fire truck, police car, pony rides, inflatable bounce houses, a mechanical buill, games, arts and crafts, face painting, and pictures with the Easter Bunny. It happens rain or shine! Toddlers and kids up to 10 years old are welcome to join in the fun.

Easter on Parade, the beloved Richmond tradition that showcases attendees “parading” up and down scenic Monument Avenue, continues this year. on the blocks between Allen and Davis Avenues. Each year more than 25,000 people converge upon the four-block site to celebrate the arrival of spring and the beauty of Monument Avenue, taking this once-a-year opportunity to stroll in the streets. Music, arts, crafts, children’s activities, food, balloon artistry, a petting zoo, and of course, people and pet watching are all part of the celebration. This is a parade of Richmonders. Admission is free. The highlight of the event promises to be the ever-popular Pet Bonnet and People Bonnet Showcases, held at 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., respectively, on the Zayde R. Dotts Main Stage at Allen Avenue.

The City of Cape May, the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cape May along with the Small Businesses of the Washington Street Mall will be sponsoring the Annual Easter Fashion Stroll. The fashion Stroll will take place on Sunday, April 16 at 1 p.m. at the 300 block of the Washington Street Mall. Registration for the Easter Fashion Stroll will begin at Noon, and the stroll will begin at 1 p.m. Judging categories and age groups are: 3 and younger, 4 to 6, 7 to 9, 10 to 12, 13 and older, best dressed lady, man, couple, family and for the best Easter bonnet. Treats, gift certificates and ribbons will be awarded to winning participants. The rain location for the Easter Fashion Stroll is Our Lady Star of the Sea parish hall located at 520 Lafayette Street in Cape May.

Since 1871. Each year on Easter, participants stroll down 5th Avenue in their Easter Bonnets and finery. Such a great tradition it was immortalized in the Irving Berlin classic song, Easter Parade. Starting at about 10am and continuing until 4pm, the parade stretches on Fifth Avenue, from 49th Street to 57th Street. Wacky hats are featured at the annual event which is more like a pedestrian stroll then an organized parade!

Easter Egg Hunts: beginning at Noon. Grab your basket and come to Robin Lake Beach, where we’ll stage an epic hunt for candy and prize eggs for all ages. 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tethered Hot Air Balloon Rides (fee, weather- dependent). 12 p.m. Bunny Hop Fun Run Children enjoy a short half-mile fun run and receive a Easter egg when they cross the finish line. 12:30 p.m. Great Bunny Chase 5K Preregistration is required for this race where participants choose if they want to chase the Easter Bunny or purposefully lag behind to collect their share of 3,000 Easter eggs dropped along the route. Noon Entertainment by DJ. 2 p.m. Egg Hunts: Grab your basket and come to Robin Lake Beach, where we’ll stage an epic hunt for 14,000 candy and prize eggs for all ages. Since 1992, The Annual Union Street Spring Celebration and Easter Parade celebrates and showcases the diverse community of San Francisco and features some of Union Street’s best restaurants serving attendees in an outdoor bistro setting. A variety of children’s and family activities are the focus of the event and includes large inflatable bounces, kids’ rides and games, a climbing wall, a bubble jump, the Easter Bunny, fun costumed characters, face painting, a petting zoo, a pony ride and musical entertainment! For years, the event has been known as the Biggest Little Parade in San Francisco and reflects the unique community of the Bay Area. The event is not your average Street Fair or formal Parade. It can best be described as wonderful, wacky, elegant and fabulous, with everything from roller-blading butterflies and creative self-propelled mini-floats to garden areas, sophisticated fashions and beautiful classic and art cars. Hippity Hoppity down the Battleship trail for a fun Spring event with continuous games and egg hunts along with a bounce house and petting zoo for guests to enjoy. Egg hunts will run throughout the event so that kids are guaranteed a chance to find eggs and will be able to “hunt” as many times as they like. There will be excitement everywhere you turn so come to have fun and enjoy the festivities.

Since 1958. This is a decades old parade of horse carriages and hats on Easter Sunday. Included this year is the Adjutant General of the Florida National Guard riding in a Humvee. Features marching bands, floats, drill teams, clowns, the Easter Bunny, and the Royal Family. The parade begins at 3 p.m. at the Old Jail to the Castillo de San Marcos and on through downtowns streets of St. Augustine. The parade lasts approximately 1.5 hours. Trophies will be presented in four categories.

Hop on over to Copper for 65,000 eggs spread over 2,500 acres. There are different hunts for all ages from a 3 and under hunt in Center Village, to an on-mountain hunt for kids at heart. As part of the reduce, reuse, recycle movement, Copper encourages participants to turn empty eggs back in to be re-loaded for reuse in future years. Yowie will provide a free chocolate candy to the first 800 kids who recycle their eggs. There are different hunts for kids of all ages from 3 and under in Copper’s Center Village to adults in an on-mountain hunt.

Free. Children ages 3-10 are invited to participate in a variety of egg games that replicate the famous White House Easter Egg Roll started by President Rutherford B. Hayes. Prizes are awarded in six age categories, and each child receives a balloon, a pass to the Hayes Home or Hayes Museum and treats. Admission is three hard-boiled colored eggs for use in the egg games. Children are also invited to participate in face painting, corn-hole games, craft activities, and visits with the Easter Bunny. Sponsored by Root’s Poultry and Welly’s Horseradish and Seasonings.

Hunt for Easter eggs and then hop aboard an authentic vintage steam train with the Easter Bunny for a 45- minute ride through Lancaster County’s expansive farmland. Free extras around the station before or after the train ride including the Pint-Sized Pufferbelly, a miniature steam train, hand-powered Cranky Cars and the LOandS Motorcar. Egg hunt is included with train ticket. Easter Egg Hunts are included in the ticket price and will be held on Friday and Saturday before the 12 p.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. trains.
